This is so cool, so there is this website (aka person) called take picture don't steal, and what they do is have disposable camera placed in various locations all over downtown Toronto. They are in public hanging by a string from poles, trees etc, there is a camera and a paper sign saying take picture don't steal. So the idea is to capture art and photos through everyone, they can take a picture of whatever they want as long as the camera stays attached. Then pictures are posted to the website.
